Second forum on

Economics of Marine Renewable Energy

The Hydraulics and Maritime Research Centre of University College Cork have organised the second forum that will address the challenges facing engineers/managers/economists in the economic evaluation and feasibility assessment of offshore ocean and marine renewables. Wave, tidal and offshore wind topics will be discussed under the folowing topic areas;

Device Micro-economics,
Economics grid integration of ocean renewables,
Macro-economics job creation,
Intermittency,
Installation and operation and maintenance economics
Weather window economics.
